Replace IEEE Logo with IEEE text it as causing overflow pixel on different size device, but if you want a logo you can wrap the widget in SingleChildScrollView

How does the solution address the problem

Through this PR the card UI has changed and the app has been redesigned as per dark mode

Through this PR the card design has been resolved
