Created the Splash Screen as mentioned in the issue.

@NishchayShakya1 this issue requires something more rather than putting up an image as splash screen use hacktobefest logo and Playtify logo to make a good splash screen putting up an image does not make a good splash screen u can put a up a text playtify with gradient and animation
