[BUG] Ram Available actually showing used RAM #12

Describe the bug The "Ram Available" displayed is the amount of currently used RAM

To Reproduce Run termiboard and investigate the "Ram Available"

Expected behavior "Ram Available" should instead display an actual amount of available RAM memory
