Inland Information types

In S-101, in addition to the Feature types, some Information types have been introduced (§24 of the DCEG Ed1.1.0):

• Contact details
• Service hours
• Non-standard working days
• Nautical information
• Spatial quality

In Ed2.5, we have few features that might be encoded as Information types, such as:

• Time schedule - in general?
• Maximum permitted ship dimensions?
• Maximum permitted vessel speed?

Should we keep them as Feature types or should we encode them as Information types?

Comex² S-401 WG meeting - 240320:

• Keep MaximumPermittedShipDimensions and MaximumPermittedVesselSpeed as features so they can both be encoded independantly from other features.
• Time schedule - in general can be encoded as an Information type.

It is already currently encoded in this way in the current draft of the S-401 FC. No further action
