CR443 - Clarification of the enumeration MARSYS_11 #30

The enumeration 11 of the attribute "Marks navigational - System of" in the Feature Catalogue is "CEVNI". The name and the definition of this enumeration have to be amended to clarify that it is not only referring to navigational systems of marks that are explicitly based on CEVNI, but also on other systems that use the same marks.

A new concept "Main European Inland Waterway Marking System" needs to be submitted to replace CEVNI as enumeration 11 for MARSYS.

Enumeration 11 is used in S-101 but after a discussion with the Registry Manager of the IHO Registry, it was agreed to submit "Main European Inland Waterway Marking System" as a supersession for CEVNI.

The proposal has been transfered to the DCBs on April 5th.
