During the meeting COMEX² - S-401 - PC that took place on 28-29/05, it has been decided to add these two S-101 features in the first draft of the S-401 FC:

StraightTerritorialSeaBaseline (STSLNE)
TerritorialSeaArea (TESARE)

These features will be added using the default S-101 attributes/enumerations and multiplicity of the FC Ed1.2.2.
