Fix Image controller - ensure mime-type in "Content-Type" header is correct #366

... Fix, so that images ending .jpg have the correct header:

Content-Type: image/jpeg
Content-Disposition: inline; filename="my-file.jpg"

NOT:

Content-Type: image/jpg
