Should those be copied to the specification's Security Considerations section?
(And is there a procedure for updating the registration for vnd.tcpdump.pcap? If and when the I-D is accepted as an RFC, the registration's "Published specification" section should probably be updated to refer to the RFC as the published specification.
Currently, it just links to https://www.iana.org/assignments/media-types/application/vnd.tcpdump.pcap, which contains a detailed Security Considerations section, with several specific considerations.
