I-D updates for review/discussion in September 2022:

L3VPN Figure and text aligned to reference two figures instead of only one: fix #82
Addressing review comments as discussed in PR #92
Added Oscar as contributor (fix #99 )
Added text about multiple parallel TE paths (comment from Jeff pending resolution in PR #92)
Addressing some issues with SR-TE (see issue https://github.com/FabioPeruzzini/actn-poi/issues/88#issuecomment-1243769283)
