Associated forward and reverse secondary paths #117

The current structure allows to build the list of candidate-secondary-paths and candidate-secondary-reverse-paths lists but not their order and therefore in case of unidirectional co-routed paths is it not clear how to associated the forward and reverse secondary paths using the current model of path computation RPC

Pending further discussion about modelling the unidirectional co-routed paths in TE tunnel model
