physunits: add a suffix for binary and memory units

• Unit references now have a suffix that show the type of scaling (2 for iec byte, m for memory byte and no suffix for decimal scaling).
• The units B and b were renamed to Byte and bit to avoid confusion. I'll make an exception here to not use the symbol but rather the unit name because they are so confusing.
