Hide partially email addresses of users on the UI #1968

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Since we allow registering with emails as user names, and the site displays user names, the user emails might be visible.

Describe the solution you'd like *I suggest to partially hide the email address that makes scraping and user identification harder. Email strings as of @ could be replaced by 3 dots. E.g.: firstname.lastname@ifrc.com -> fistname.lastname...

@LukeCaley, maybe we should also consider to hide all email addresses on the UI. E.g. contact emails would be displayed only when hovering over the contact.
