Yes, it works great. CFG-Lock unlocked? If not unlocked, then you need to either unlock or change the config file. See here: https://dortania.github.io/OpenCore-Post-Install/misc/msr-lock.html#what-is-cfg-lock

Yes, otherwise after loading there will be a graphics glitch. P.S: DVMT - 128 MB
