Dependant upon #1 . Need to find way to map CNV on internal branches of phylogeny as well

@iamcorrinne We had discuss using ancestral state reconstruction to achieve this. Is this strategy generally only used for a univariate trait (i.e. genome size)? Is it possible to use it in a multivariate context?
