After trouble shooting for hours in months, today it magically starts showing. I dont know if it's a glitch in win10, intel, or the win 3 that things stop working after long hours of os being active, but when I restarted windows, it worked fine. Someone told me intel was wonky like that. So seems to work fine without voodoo, but theres the half screen issue with or without voodoo. guess ill just have to play in window mode.
