UHD 730 igfxn stopped responding with EventID 4101 #154

Description and steps to reproduce [Required]

I just downloaded launcher (~9MB) from official website and it will download all files (23GB) from the official servers. The game is free and it doesn't need any crack. the problem is when I start the game, after random minutes (at highest ~10-15 mins) the game will exit automatically and I checked the "Event Viewer" and the error is:

Display driver igfxn stopped responding and has successfully recovered. EventID: 4101

I think the problem is with "Shading" because when I played with shading:off, the game was OK for about ~20 minutes but when I enabled "Shading" the game immediately quit. I repaired the game data, reinstalled VGA driver from Gigabyte website (I have Gigabyte H610M Rev 1.2 ) but doesn't work so then I downloaded latest driver again from Intel website but this doesn't work too. I should note that before opening this issue I checked with 1600x900 (full screen) with "Shading:No" and it was good for ~20 minutes and the game didn't crash/quit and the highest temperature of my sensors was 42 cel (using CoolerMaster T200). I also installed Company Of Heroes 1 but I don't have problem with this and I also playing Call Of Duty Mobile with tencent gamebuddy and I don't have any problem with that.

FPS: 25 with no Shading FPS: 30 with Shading (crashed/quit) I also applied FPS 30 and it didn't quit the game but after I enabled "Shading" immediately the game did quit. Screen Size: 1600x900 (Full Screen)

Hi @GameO7er,

The case has been verified on our side and we are able to reproduce it with our configurations as below: Processor: ALD-S and TGL-U Graphic Driver version: 31.0.101.3222/31.0.101.1660 We will be working on a fix. I want to give you a heads-up that the fix may take 3 to 6 months to be included.

hi @GameO7er , There is a new update for this issue, a fix for this issue has been included here driver 31.0.101.3729. could you please try this driver on your system and update the result here?

hi @GameO7er, Just for your information, I have verified the issue is not reproducible on the latest driver. before we proceed to close this issue, could you try on latest driver as confirmation?, if there is no reply we will close this issue accordingly.
