Hi @dcominottim , We will verify the issue and update you. Please stay tuned.

IntelSupport-Arun commented 1 year ago

Hi @dcominottim , We are able to reproduce the issue with the latest driver and we are working for a fix. I want to give you a heads-up that the fix may take 3 to 6 months to be included. Please stay tuned for the fix. Thank you.

Hi @dcominottim , I tried a 12700K + A770 and a 13th gen processor + A750. IGCC ver 1.100.4232.0 successfully created the report on both systems. Can you please try uninstalling and reinstalling the software in your PC to check if it was an installation error? Also, please try the beta version available in the MSFT Store and check if you can generate the report with that one as well. working

Hi @dcominottim ,

Do you have any update to us?

IntelSupport-Arun commented 1 year ago

Hi @dcominottim ,

Did you try the IGCC ver 1.100.4232.0 ?

IntelSupport-Arun commented 1 year ago

Hi @dcominottim , Since we already tested and confirmed that the issue is not reproducible with GCC version 1.100.4232.0, we would like to close the case. Before closing this case, we would like to hear your update.

IntelSupport-Arun commented 1 year ago

I am going to open another issue if you don't re-open this.

IntelSupport-Arun commented 1 year ago

Hi @dcominottim ,

We have verified your issue on multiple platforms and confirmed that it's not observed. 12700K + A770 == > PASS 12700K+A750 ==> PASS 13700 + A750 ==> PASS

It looks like the issue is specific to your system because we have used the same OS, graphics driver and IGCC tool version, and we can create the report without any issues. Report_4302

The only difference I can see here is the OS build version, our build version is 22621.963, which is the latest win11 22h2 available.

Our recommendation here is to perform a clean installation of the latest Windows 11 Operating System build and to install the latest graphics driver version 31.0.101.4302 as well as the IGCC Tool version 1.100.4232.0.

Hi @dcominottim

I was able to repro this issue and I already escalated it internally to be debugged. I'll keep you posted as soon as we have an update.

EstebanIntel commented 1 year ago

@IGCIT can you please mark this issue as open?

EstebanIntel commented 1 year ago

Hi @dcominottim, the latest version of IGCC (ver 1.100.4628.0) has a fix for this issue. Can you please update IGCC from the MS Store and give it a try?

EstebanIntel commented 1 year ago

Hi @dcominottim did you had the chance to check if the fix worked for you?

EstebanIntel commented 1 year ago

Hi @IGCIT, this issue is resolved in the latest version of IGCC and @dcominottim is not responding to verify on his side. Can this be closed?

dcominottim commented 1 year ago

Hi, @EstebanIntel. I am currently unable to verify because the Arc card is not in my PC right now.

If you say it's fixed, I'm good. In the future, if I find the issue again, I can open another ticket.

Thanks a lot for the great support!
