Update, tested with Driver 4578 and Performance Mode is working.

Something must be changed or wrong with the new Driver Version.

Damn I need more coffee.. As I was saying before, I was traying to reproduce this issue (5 consecutive games) with 101.4824 without any luck.

Did you used DDU before installing 4824?

Darklegion1978 commented 1 year ago

Hi @Arturo-Intel , yes, i use DDU every time i install another Driver Version. ;) I tried yesterday the 4824 again with Fortnite in Perf. Mode and no crash.

It´s Mysterious, i will try it today at evening again, and let you know the result.

And some extra coffee for you ;)

Darklegion1978 commented 1 year ago

Tested it again, with the new Driver 4826.

1 crash direct after the Game starts. 1 crash after i played 1 round, at the beginning of round 2 the Game crashed.

And yeah i DDU the old driver ;)

Screen from the Fortnite Crash Reporter. When you need any special Files from Fortnite Folder, pls let me know.

P.S.: With DX12 Game is working fine as before, just with Performance Mode it crashes.

Darklegion1978 commented 1 year ago

Tested a little with an old FW and if it helps, with FW DG02_1.3206, Fortnite and Performance Mode is working well without any issues and crashes.

Greetings

@Darklegion1978 Ive been trying to reproduce this issue all past weekend with out any luck, I tried with a A770, A750 (LE both) and a Asrock A380. I see you already use DDU to reinstall the driver. Just wondering, did you use safe mode or normal mode?

Darklegion1978 commented 1 year ago

@Arturo-Intel I used the Safe Mode for DDU.

Maybe its the Card, i use a Acer Predator A770.

With the latest Drivers and FW, Fortnite with DX12 is ok, but perf. mode crashes.

Yesterday i gave the old FW a try, DG02_1.3206 paired with the new Driver version, i played without any interruption in perf. mode in Fortnite.

Maybe the Acer Card and the new FW have any issues. But with the old FW its running, also with new Drivers.

@Darklegion1978 Do you see this behavior with the latest driver?
