We were unable to reproduce this behavior in our end. (tested on a 12th gen CPU+ Arc a750)
Your configuration includes a Haswell CPU (4th gen) and according to this, Intel Arc A-Series is not supported on that platform. We can't continue on the case creation as an issue is not reproducible in the supported configurations.
Having said this, we noticed that you BIOS is not the latest one on the market for that board (you have one from 2015, there is a newer one from 2016), maybe updating the BIOS would help with this matter.
