Intel System Support Utility report

Description and steps to reproduce [Required]

It crashes at times, cause apparently there just isnt enough memory to allocate to the game which is super duper weird, other than that it works fine, but its just kinda annoying running into these things at times with this game, which than makes it randomly crash.

I dunno if its just me, but there also seems to be a weird sound issue happening when it comes to dialogues, cause I cant hear or barely hear em its really weird.

I will download the newest one, to see if there is any improvement, but I just made sure to make this, cause it was some weird things it was doing etc. (nvm still the same, but that's why I wrote!)

Current latest driver is currently what I use etc

@Mika2125 can you try using DX11 and check if it give error popup ?

Mika2125 commented 7 months ago

for sure, I'll do it once I get home from work today 🙏

Mika2125 commented 7 months ago

@Vivek-Intel So far! I havent had it happened as quickly when I used dx11, but I feel like there are still some weird like.. dialogue issues with the sound could just be me, but I don't hear voices still at times whatsoever, but it runs fine on dx11 to.

Vivek-Intel commented 7 months ago

@Mika2125 thanks for the updates. I found users with other competition GPU configurations reporting crash issues and audio sync issues as well. looks like it is game issue and not the graphics driver issue: discussion on audio sync issue out of memory crash issue

Please try using DX11 and disable 2K launcher.

Mika2125 commented 7 months ago

@Vivek-Intel heya! I've tried what you asked for, I did run into some memory allocation problems when I started it up at first, but eventually, I got it to work, I also used Steamedit, which seemed to work better.

Oh and I made it not fullscreen anymore, so I could tap out if some problems happen, so it's just borderless fullscreen. that on instead of fullscreen.

Thanks @Mika2125. this is game issue as it happens with other GPUs as well. please help report it to game developer support.
