Description
When "Automatic Color Management" is enabled on a display and Intel Arc Control's video capture feature is used to capture that display, the resulting video will appear much darker than expected. Turning off ACM from the Display -> Advanced Display menu in Windows can workaround the issue.
Steps
Notes
On monitors that do not support 10 bit color, it seems that Windows will apply "8-bit with dithering". The same issue appears to be present on these monitors as well.
