Hi all,

This issue has been confirmed to be on the game side. It was raised to the game developer and they already working on a fix. We expect the fix to be included in one if the game’s upcoming patches.

Hi @pacoa-kdbg, after following up several times with the game developer, they are not willing to work on the issue, so this won't get fixed.
