Description and steps to reproduce [Required]

Playing the alpha build of Deadlock, encountering these issues:

Rarely, I can get instances of the client where I can open the shop, and things work normally and the game runs well (~120fps stable). I would say, 1/10 times.

I should note I'm on driver version 32.0.101.5972 (latest), I've done a clean install with DDU as well. I've also tried 5768, no luck.

I tried a variety of fullscreen/borderless windowed, vulkan/DX11, and graphics quality options. Nothing seemed definitive, still unreliable.

Hey @Socorski , Are you sure you restarted the game after choosing DX11? I also see the issue when playing in VK, but setting DX11 and restarting the game seems to remove crashes. In addition, crash dumps are all related to Vulkan.

I tried many combinations of graphics settings and drivers. I definitely know that I tried DX11 multiple times, but it is possible I hadn't specifically restarted the game without changing anything else.

However, Valve released an update to the game yesterday morning, and the game has worked in DX11 since. The crashing issue persists in Vulkan, where the performance is better if lucky enough not to crash, but I am thankful that I can play at all. Thank you for your time!

@Socorski Thanks for clarifying. In this case I'd advise to keep using DX11 until the issue is fixed. We're already working on improving Vulkan experience in Deadlock, but no ETA so far (plus game is in alpha state, so many changes can arrive in future). Internal Bug ID for your future reference is 14023193859.
