Deep Rock Galactic (referred to hereon as DRG) runs on Intel Arc with abnormally high GPU Load in comparison to the Nvidia RTX 2060. GPU Activity / Load while playing DRG averages at 75% while using the Ultra and High Overall Quality setting, 71% while using the Medium Overall Quality settings, and 44% while using the Low Overall Quality setting. The GPU Clock speed remained stuck at just 600 MHz which is mostly like the cause of the problem.
Meanwhile, the Nvidia RTX 2060 experienced only a 38% GPU Load with a 975 MHz clock speed while playing DRG using the Ultra Overall Quality setting, and only 31% with a 850 MHz clock speed with the Low Overall Quality setting.
These discrepancies are similar to those observed in #866 and also most likely responsible for #865 .

Multiple 3rd party benchmarks and reviews claim the Intel Arc A580 should have parity to, or slightly outperform, the RTX 2060. However in this game and Stray #866 , this is clearly not the case, with the 2060 vastly outperforming the A580. Here's to hoping these issues can get ironed out soon.
