Tutorial #44

Tutorial needs to be created, storyline needs to be written needs to implement the following:

a quick 10 second travel using /travel
radar functions for combat
quick combat against 1 enemy At the end of this combat, player gets introduced to the following:
resource mining (needs to unlock the command and get a quick demo)
guild system (player is forced to pick one of the four main guilds)
ship system (player is forced to pick an upgrade for the ship)

Tutorial will be started with /tutorial
