Created an energy regeneration system. (both via solarpanels and energy generator which consume uranium)
Updated commands in /mine to utilize energy.
Added a toggle for an energy generator to turn it on/off.

Made a base UI animation for toggle on/off, some UI can be changed later on (adding colors,...)
/travel and other commands still don't exist, once made those will need to use energy as well
