I can't find the CartAGen 0.2-SNAPSHOT version referenced in geoxygene master #18

Hi, I want to compile the geoxygene master (1.10-SNAPSHOT), but can't find the CartAGen 0.2-SNAPSHOT version https://github.com/IGNF/geoxygene/blob/master/geoxygene-appli/pom.xml#L20 Thanks Youcef HILEM.
