Add emulator commands for receiving fake SMS and call

There are still some necessary changes, also it looks like telnet manipulation is possible only on emulated Android device.

• [ ] ⚠️~Un-hardcode emulator telnet target~ wont do, since who uses two emulators at the same time anyway
• [x] ⚠️Merge with aemulator
• [x] 🧹Polish terminal output
