no preivew images found for "most recent datasets" on NeMO Analytics home page #597

this is also a problem in the dataset manager where i see no preview images, and when displays are previewed from pulldown menu it takes very long

We may need to generate the static previews. There is a bug that I still cannot replicate where when a new dataset display curation is saved, the filename for the static image is missing the display ID within.

The idea is that once generated, the image file is saved on disk where the URL can be easily retrieved for various pages, such as the dataset manager and "most recent datasets". Because of the display ID bug, the URL provided is returning nothing, so a default missing image is used instead.
