Asked by an attendee. My solution was just to increase louvain clustering resolution but subclustering of specific clusters should be a task. I do not see any scanpy "subclustering" methods, so I wonder if just running louvain (or leiden if we switchover in 2.0) on the subset of cells in the cluster we want to subcluster would accomplish the task
