Expression page - Add ability to download expression data for just a gene or subset of genes #648

This was asked in one of the workshops. Instead of download an h5ad of the entire dataset (via the display panel), the user would like to download the expression for just the searched gene or genes. I assume this would just be a quick server-side data subsetting to return an h5ad with a smaller gene subset.
