I've responded to the user:

"Is it possible to download scRNA seq database from a specific study through the gEAR portal? I would like to curate scRNA seq database(s) to conduct enrichment analysis."

If you wish to download the data file for any dataset you can do so using the menu in the upper-right corner of any dataset.  I'm attaching an example screenshot.

See the bottom two "Download" options which appear in the drop-down menu.
