The previous pull request (#654) accidentally was set to merge to main. This is correctly set to merge to ui-v2.

Things still left to do:

Edit dataset_collection manager to customize layouts with width and height
Fine-tune expression page height adjustments. If you do not explicitly set a height in the plotly.layout, plotly will correctly adjust the plot width when resizing. However with an explicit height set, Plotly will adjust only the width of the plot but not the legend position, meaning the legend can exceed the container boundaries. There is an event trigger called "plotly_relayout" that I need to play around with.

@jorvis for your local mysql db, please consult the "create_schema.sql" layout_members table

Added a new commit that addresses my second bullet point... seems the "autosize" property in the API call goes away if you merge a custom layout object into the API call plotly json. So this fixes that.
