Normalisation of agents #20

The current metadata proposal defines a repetitive pattern for a agents who performed different types of activities in relation to a sample: collector, registrant, contributors.

This can be updated to introduce more flexibility with adding new agents without need to modify the IGSN metadata standard. The proposed below structure provides a new normalised and standardised pattern to describe agents. A new element defining the role of the agent is added:

agent 1...n role, C identifier, C identifierType, A name, C affiliation, C identifier, C identifierType, A name, C
