Thanks for moving the overall variant info the top, I think that is much better (and great to have more space for the tables below)
Suggestion for the 'table of contents': I think the button UI is a little confusing, I don't think the buttons are often used as table of contents so I'm not sure user knows what they do. Instead, could we make these hyperlinks, and add "Jump to: " at the beginning of the line?
