User Story: Search for Recipe #13

As a user, I want to be able to look for new recipes and view them using basic search functionality, or categorical searching.

This may be tricky (I don't have a lot of experience with API searches), but I feel like it's kind of required unless we want to go purely on recommendations based on user info.
