Created workflows directory for the UI/UX design previews generated w/ Adobe XD. These assets are to be used for the documentation to show the user workflows. I.e. how the user will be able to navigate through the app

Added two previews: One for the log in screen and one for the creating an account

Helps us as workers get a better picture of what will go where and how things should flow when actually using the app.
