Create `views/ihcc-gecko-malestrom.owl` #60

The Maelstrom terminology is widely used. We have a partial mapping from GECKO to Maelstrom here. We will construct an OWL file that starts with GECKO and then uses Maelstrom terms wherever possible.

@beckyjackson is working on a revised mapping in this Google Sheet. We are really struggling to map Maelstrom to either GECKO of the IHCC GECKO view. The mapping sheet has many empty rows where the Maelstrom term does not align cleanly with (IHCC) GECKO, or anything in OBO.

  1. Maelstrom has many "Other foo" terms, which OBO-style projects avoid
  2. Maelstrom has "union" classes such as "General symptoms and signs (R50-R69)" where OBO projects try to distinguish symptoms from signs
  3. Maelstrom has branches that are not covered by IHCC-GECKO

@beckyjackson Are there other patterns of mapping problems that we should discuss here?

@mcourtot Suggestions are very welcome. Should the general approach be to grow the IHCC-GECKO view with Maelstrom terms when they don't fit?
