update label 'ontologies' in registry #163

eg https://registry.ihccglobal.app/ontologies

it is odd to have data dictionaries under 'ontologies', and mixed in with the models (GECKO, DUO)

what do you think?

This would be a very costly change! And I do no use the word very lightly here.
