Open ToddCooper opened 8 months ago

ToddCooper commented 8 months ago

Section Number

Table A-1. Complete List of Existing Actors Utilized in this specification

Priority

Issue

HL7 JAN2024 Ballot Comment: OTHER-2766 "Remove TBD content".

Remove TBD notes and associated text (e.g., if we don't know if Time Client needs to be included, remove it). File issues to track outstanding actions instead

Proposed Change

Review the two "TBD" statements in Table A-1 and either remove the TBD statement or the actor entry.

To get this one rolling again, here's my proposal on what exactly to do Table A-1:

  1. Remove entire row for "Alert Aggregator" (+ remove 2nd sentence of the "Alert Reporter" description) - Rationale: I don't think it is used by the ACM Gateway or anywhere else in the current SDPi Profiles . Moreover in the TF-1 "Alert Aggregator" is not presented as an actor, but as a sub-component of the "Alert Reporter" Actor.
  2. Remove the TBD note below "Time Client" - Rationale: I think the answer to the question is yes, especially in the Time Client case, which is used in a grouping requirement in section 1.2.5
