Revise UNICOM logical model for medication #12

UNICOM logical model proposal for medication has been added to the repo, but needs to be revised carefully from the point of view of this implementation (esp cardinalities). UNICOM project is focused on authorised products with beautiful full data, but this implementation has to cover a wider spectrum. Breaking changes need to go back to UNICOM project for reconsideration.

31.07.2023 meeting: Dose form, atc, pack size, … optional Classification must be defined better, modelling not very clean right now. Name language and type added and optional Rename ManufacturedItem to item (you’re welcome to provide a better name) A medication may not have an item (when only code is used for prescribing), but if the item is defined, it must have an ingredient (excipients allowed). Good example for excipient-only product is cold cream.

Did not get further from Ingredients, because ran out of time.

Next time, start from Unit of Presentation.

Check if MPD and MEOW have the same model now. If yes, then done.
