Data types for logical models #13

Earlier models in MEOW project were done with FHIR data types. UNICOM uses V3 data types; MPD work's older models as well.

We should decide for MEOW and MPD both, which data types will be used, and then keep consistent across two IHE work items.

At the moment, the V3 data types were introduced to the MEOW IG only because I wanted to import UNICOM product model and was too lazy to rewrite data types. So, the choice is native FHIR data types, or these.

Create a common set of data types @costateixeira to check how to reuse the data types across IGs @costateixeira to check with other domains to see if they are doing LM and how Align data types with ISO logical data types
