Main categories of use cases:

Structure and exchange the patient's "current/active/planned/past/..." medication, regardless of whether the list is the beginning of the treatment, or the list is a "compilation" or outcome of the treatment
- Planning the clinical treatment - Looking at the intended or actual medication plans, revise and add prescriptions etc.
- Insight into details of the treatment and its course: from the current details of prescription and dispenses, see about adherence
- Support for reconciliation - upon any updates (planning, prescribing, dispense, administration, ...)
- Feed into asynchronous reconciliation or decision support
- Export as a summary, or as different types of summary
