Make sure the MEOW and MPD models are aligned when they are done.

  1. separate the diagram in https://build.fhir.org/ig/IHE/pharm-meow/branches/main/1330_overview.html: 1.1. one diagram for the model overview (no element details): Overview, line, treatment, prescription (line), dispense, administration, medication, patient. 1.2. one diagram for the model details (data elementS) for MEOW only (Overview + line + treatment)
