Identify the codes for medication list types

We know that there are different types of medication list. The exact flavour of the list is a policy or even circumstancial decision, but a few list types can be identified

• Active
• Reconciled
• Medication
• Discharged
• Discontinued

One type that was discussed in preparateory work was "aggregated medication lists" or "compiled medication list" - i.e. just the list before any reconciliation effort.

Do we want this code to be added to the codes above in a standard code system?
