In some jurisdictions, the expectation is that the Prescription is created FROM a medication line
** In that approach, the medication dispense could also be IN a medication line - this should be considered.
In other cases, the Prescription is created, as well as dispenses, and then the Medication Overview is a snapshot of the relevant information
