In the new version 7e375db8e9d634fdca92871e6cb36fe69fedac7c, I added an automatic check to compare the ontology curie and the corresponding free-text and fix fields, where that can be done automatically.
Using this approach, 876 entries were fixed by either filling NA's or using the correct cases from the ontology's term name.
There are still 127 NA's in the sample_ontology_term column. 17 of these do not have information in the respective free-text column. Suggestions/similar terms for each of these entries are kept in openrefine/v0.6/fill_sample_ontology_term.json.
Unfortunately, there are 541 entries with conflicting values in the sample_ontology_term and the corresponding free-text field. Details are kept in the file openrefine/v0.6/conflicts_sample_ontology_term.json.
