As mentioned in the discussion, this fix is not ideal, but it seems this is how the original spectre SG13G2 model extractors did it. One main open question is the parameter m, which is used in the scaling of the PSP model parameter vfbo.
This can not be verified at the moment since in the current available measurements there are no multi-finger device measurements present.
