Standard cells symbols update #63

  1. This PR updates the standard cells symbols definition for xschem to be compatible with SPICE level netlist. All the ports are in alphabetical order. Power ports are defined as VDD and VSS.

  2. Minor change in ngspice/models/resistors_mod.lib where "m" parameter was assigned to the Rzspec. Now parallel multiplier downscales the value of the resistance correctly.
