However, it still does not solve antenna errors, but this is due to a bug in OR identified here: https://github.com/The-OpenROAD-Project/OpenROAD-flow-scripts/issues/1981#issuecomment-2091259137

In short, we need the definition of an antenna diode cell in the LEF, so that OpenROAD can use it to repair antenna fails.
